About Us

Capital Square 1031 is an investment and management company. The firm sponsors institutional-quality real estate programs for investors seeking replacement property for Section 1031 exchanges and also investors with discretionary funds to invest in real estate. Capital Square uses the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) structure to make institutional-quality real estate available to a larger number of investors, with a minimum investment of only $25,000.

Capital Square provides a range of services, including acquisition, due diligence, loan sourcing, property management and asset management, for a growing number of high net worth investors, private equity firms, family offices and institutional investors.
