Founded in 2019, our construction and development division executes high-quality, placemaking development projects that serve the communities in which they reside. Moreover, Capital Square Development offers Capital Square’s investors the opportunity to leverage the extremely advantageous qualified opportunity zone legislation to reinvest capital gains for the partial or complete elimination of tax, while creating dramatic positive impact in communities across the nation.
